Wing Foil course

• We have developed a methodology in different phases that go from the most basic to the most advanced so that you can learn step by step.
• We use the rightgear material so that you can practice easily and intuitively, in complete safety.

1. Initiation to Wing Foil (WingSUP)

This 4-hour course divided into two 2-hour classes will allow you to lay the foundations of this exciting sport. During this phase you will learn:

• Basic notions of wind.
• Know the gear and assemble it.
• Inflate and assemble the Wing
• Wing handling on the ground.
• Potentiate and depotentiate, neutral position.
• Security. Basic position and switch stance.
• Handling of the wing and the board in the water.
• First pitches and upwind navigation.
• Jibe in Jibe. Gybe Tack.

This course is done with a WingSUP board. At the end of this course you will be able to direct and use your table and correctly handle all the material that we will use in the next phase.

This course is carried out in a group of a maximum of 2 students and at the end you can continue with your learning with the Base Course 1.

2. Wing Foil Base Course 1

This 4-hour course divided into two 2-hour classes will allow you to improve and consolidate your knowledge and learn new tricks to be able to move up with the foil. In this phase you will learn:

• Navigation at less than 12 knots
• We repeat what we learned with the WingSUP board but this time with the foil
• Basic position and switch stance.
• Handling of the wing and the board in the water.
• First pitches and upwind navigation.
• Learn to perform turns in Jibe without flying. First flights.

If your skills are consolidated you can try to go up with the foil. This course is done with a WingSUP board if necessary, but mainly with a Wing Foil Board. By the end of this course you will be able to steer and use your board. You will have made your first flights.

This course is done in a group of a maximum of 1 students and when you finish you can continue with your learning with the Base Course 2.

*IMPORTANT: At the end of this course we will give you 1 free material rental session with a value of €100 and you will be able to join the group of WingFoil practitioners that we have in the area.

3. Advanced Wing Foil Course (Only if you have completed the first two)

This course is contracted for individual hours, it will allow you to continue with your first flights of the Base Course 1 and begin to control your Foil board during the flight. In this phase you will learn:  t

• Learn to steer the board better by improving upwind, upwind and downwind,
• Keep practicing everything you have learned.

This course is done exclusively with a Wing Foil board. After this phase you will be hooked and you will only need to get material to continue practicing!


This course is done in a group of maximum 1 student  

What gear do we use for the WingFoil courses?

We use all premium material, WingSUP and WingFoil boards that have been specifically designed to learn this modality.

The Wings we have are of different sizes from 3m to 6m in order to cover all wind ranges and for different users, from children to adults.

For Foil we use Starboard with volume and easy to use, very stable. And the hydrofoils are also Starboard with different sizes to cover all needs.
