Tienda sería y con un total compromiso de atención al cliente : vi la oferta del Foil (en septiembre ) tras conversación telefónica donde me aclararon toooodas mis dudas ,hice la reserva por WhatsApp , como estaban a la espera de que la marca se los enviara , NO me solicitaron el pago previo ( ni una reserva ) , pasado un tiempo me contactaron para comentarme que ya los recibían e hiciese el pago , un 10 por su palabra de reserva y un 10 por su trato en la atención a mi insistencia telefónica .

The website was great however the order form would not accept my personal information which led to several calls to the company and multiple attempts to place my order. However through all this the customer service was quick to respond, friendly and apologetic. My purchasing process was no smooth but because of the response it was positive. The customer service representative responded immediately and ordered the missing items as soon as he could and apologized. These last items have yet to arrive but I understand this is not the fault of HoeNalu but rather the delivery service.
