All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 business hours, so any order placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Restrictions on rigid board shipping
All rigid Stand Up Paddle boards usually exceed 2.5 meters in length, and due to carrier limitations, delivery to the specified address may not be possible. Therefore, the following restrictions or conditions will apply:
- The board will be delivered to the carrier’s provincial branch. For logistical reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery to certain towns or municipalities that do not have suitable operational services for this type of goods, so we recommend checking availability first.
- The carrier is only required to leave the package at the provincial branch corresponding to the customer’s address specified in the order.
- For packages over 200 cm in length, the customer may be required to collect the goods at the warehouse or branch designated by the carrier. The customer can request a quote for any possible home delivery surcharge, which must be approved and paid before scheduling such delivery. This may affect delivery times.
- Due to the logistical complexity of some products, the system may only offer “Store Pickup”; in that case, please contact us.
- Some products, depending on their characteristics, temporary promotions or special conditions, will have free shipping. You can check your cart before placing the order.
7. Returns and withdrawal

All our products are guaranteed nationally, against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include damage caused by misuse or habitual wear.

HoeNalu will answer for the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of two years from delivery.
