This website offers its products within the Spanish territory, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Mainland Portugal (Azores and Madeira not included), Germany, France, Mainland Italy (Sardinia, Capri and Sicily not included), Austria, Belgium, Gibraltar, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Slovenia, Sweden, Slovakia, Ireland, Romania, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Serbia, Norway, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece and Cyprus. Our delivery service only covers the territories defined here.

Products purchased on our website will be delivered to the shipping or delivery address specified by the User during the purchase process, or can be picked up at our warehouse if the “Store Pickup” option has been selected. To process and ship (or allow pickup of) an order, HoeNalu must have verified that it has been fully paid.

Delivery services are carried out in collaboration with several logistics operators, depending on the area or type of product purchased. Under no circumstances can a product be delivered to PO Boxes, hotels, or non-permanent addresses.

We strive to keep our stock updated, but in case some products are unavailable, delivery times may be delayed; in any case, we will always contact you by email to keep you informed about your order and communicate the expected delivery date for the items you purchased.

All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 business hours, so any order placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Once processed, you will receive a notification when it leaves our warehouse. The maximum delivery times for packages under 2 meters in length are indicated below:
  • Spain (mainland) and Portugal (mainland): 1 to 7 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 2 to 7 business days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 to 20 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5 to 25 business days
In any case, the maximum time period for each order can be individually agreed between both parties. In case customs procedures are required, delivery time may be affected and will always be communicated to the customer.

Shipping costs for each order will be indicated during the purchase process and not before confirmation by the User. These shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are governed by the following terms:

    • Z1: Germany, France

    • Z3: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary
    • Z4: Slovenia, Sweden, Slovakia, Ireland, Romania, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia
    • Z5: Croatia, Serbia, Norway, Bulgaria
    • Z6: Turkey, Greece, Cyprus
Store Pickup:
If you wish to pick up your orders at our warehouse, you must select this option in the shipping section when placing your order. Remember that even if you have completed a delivery address, if you select “Store Pickup,” your products will not be shipped. This option has no cost.

Package sizes correspond to:
  • Very Small: Small items shipped in an envelope no larger than 40x35 cm and weighing less than 2 kg, e.g. screws, leash, or fins
  • Small: Small parcels shipped in an envelope no larger than 80x70 cm and weighing less than 10 kg, e.g. wetsuits or vests
  • Medium: Medium parcels with the largest side not exceeding 100 cm or 20 kg, e.g. inflatable boards or wings
  • Paddles: Fixed paddles longer than 190 cm
  • Large/Long: Boards packed between 200 and 299 cm, e.g. boards from 6'6'' to 9'6''
  • Extra Large/Long: Boards packed between 300 and 349 cm, e.g. boards from 9'6'' to 11'6''
  • Special Dimensions or Extra Extra Large/Long: Boards packed over 350 cm, e.g. boards over 11'6''
Shipping Costs: All orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be shipped with the DUA (Single Administrative Document) export procedure from the mainland and will not include applicable import taxes and fees, which will be borne by the recipient. Commercial invoices for these locations will always be issued without VAT. If a customer in these areas has their own logistics operator or carrier, we appreciate being contacted first to provide alternatives to standard shipping.

Restrictions on rigid board shipping
All rigid Stand Up Paddle boards usually exceed 2.5 meters in length, and due to carrier limitations, delivery to the specified address may not be possible. Therefore, the following restrictions or conditions will apply:
  • The board will be delivered to the carrier’s provincial branch. For logistical reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery to certain towns or municipalities that do not have suitable operational services for this type of goods, so we recommend checking availability first.
  • The carrier is only required to leave the package at the provincial branch corresponding to the customer’s address specified in the order.
  • For packages over 200 cm in length, the customer may be required to collect the goods at the warehouse or branch designated by the carrier. The customer can request a quote for any possible home delivery surcharge, which must be approved and paid before scheduling such delivery. This may affect delivery times.
  • Due to the logistical complexity of some products, the system may only offer “Store Pickup”; in that case, please contact us.
Free Shipping:
  • Some products, depending on their characteristics, temporary promotions or special conditions, will have free shipping. You can check your cart before placing the order.
Before completing the purchase process and confirming your order, you will be informed of the total cost, including final prices, applied discounts, and any additional charges. If you do not agree, simply do not complete the order, as by finalizing and paying for it you will be accepting our Terms and Conditions
