The AK Phazer V5 is an extremely versatile carving-oriented foilboard with a surf-inspired outline, designed for multiple disciplines: surf foil, wing foil, kite foil and pumping.

Its new shape — longer and narrower than the previous version — significantly improves glide, early lift-off, touchdown recovery and directional stability. Available in a wide range of volumes (from 30 to 140 L), it delivers a consistent feel across all sizes, making it perfect for both beginners and advanced riders.

Key Features of the AK Phazer V5 Active Carbon:

  • Concave deck that increases stability and foil connection while paddling.
  • Narrow nose for faster paddling, easier wave entry and reduced catching in turns.
  • Optimized rocker with slight nose kick and flat tail section for higher paddling speed and earlier take-off.
  • Bottom shape with rounded V in the nose and single concave through the mid-section for maximum speed and soft landings; larger sizes feature a longer release edge for earlier planing at lower speeds.
  • Thick profile that packs a lot of volume into a short length, reducing swing weight and making pumping and maneuvers easier.
  • Highly durable Active Carbon construction: full biaxial carbon deck, wood sandwich in standing areas and high-density reinforced foil box for a direct, long-lasting connection.
