In this setup, the battery box is mounted directly at the back of the board instead of on the eHarness, significantly shortening the distance from the top plate to the battery box connector.

The short cable fits snugly against the underside of the board, eliminating any risk of contact with the rotating propeller, so a leash is not required.

This configuration is perfect for foil sessions on calm, smooth water. Maintenance Tip: If the connectors come into contact with saltwater or sand, be sure to rinse them thoroughly with fresh water to prevent any residue from remaining. Use a cotton swab if needed to clean any stubborn spots.

Allow the connectors to air dry completely, and for optimal connectivity, apply a thin layer of dielectric grease to the connectors.
