• Graphene Plush 2.0: Graphene is an impossibly light, strong and heat-conducting material. The result of incorporating it into our thermo lining is up to 20% more warmth compared to ION‘s Plasma_Plush 2.0 lining. Made from reycled fabrics, Graphene_Plush 2.0 guarantees an incredible drying time for your wetsuit, making sure it‘s always nice and comfy.
• Hot Stuff 3.0: The Hot Stuff 3.0 comes with a plushier feel due to larger loops that trap more air for heat insulation. Made from recycled Nylon, it is the stretchiest thermo lining in ION's entire range.
• One hand zipper: Opens to the left closes to the right. Can be opened and closed with a single hand. Locked with a push button.
• Exo Shield: Inspired by nature's exoskeleton, the Exo Shield print on chest & back is designed to shelter against windchill, ensuring optimal warmth and providing extra grip when wearing a harness.
• Ultralight Foam: Ultralight Foam is an extreme lightweight and stretchy neoprene foam. It partly consists of oystershell powder. Thanks to its lower density it contributes to heatinsulation and better flexibility.
• Sweep Cut: Seam-free shoulder design for maximum paddle reach and freedom of movement.
• Cordlock: A soft cordlock allows for one-handed adjustment of the front zip flap, featuring a sleek, minimalistic design that you won't even notice.
• Seam Reinforcement: All stress points are reinforced and secured by melco tape from the inside to ensure a longer lifespan of the seams.
• Stitchless seams: Fully welded and glued seams, reinforced with durable external & internal taping, effectively prevent water leakage and enhance the wetsuit's longevity. 90% stitchless seams, 10% Glued-blind stitching (GBS).
• Glued Blind Stitch: Glued and Blind Stitched wetsuits are first glued and then with a curved needle halfway stitched thru the neoprene to prevent water entering the wetsuit.
