Weighing just 100 grams, its ultralight and compact design makes it virtually imperceptible during use, eliminating hydrodynamic drag, sagging, and tangles common in traditional leashes. Inside, a 1.8-meter Kevlar woven webbing keeps your board and foil at a safe, controlled distance in the event of a fall, reducing the risk of accidental impacts against you or your wing.

An internal precision spring featuring a corrosion-resistant PVD titanium coating ensures smooth, consistent retraction with minimal effort, maintaining a balanced tension without harsh jerks. The result is a clean, predictable leash system that stays out of your way until you actually need it.

The Ride Engine Tractable Reel system is available in three configurations to match your setup. The base unit is a streamlined, custom-mount-ready option that includes the necessary accessories and webbing loops to secure it to your harness or belt. This belt version includes a comfortable padded neoprene band to guarantee comfort during extended sessions. Another calf/shin strap option is ideal for separating multiple leash systems, offering a clean, organized, and tangle-free solution.
