Starboard Pro XTEC Carbon 2027

The  Starboard Pro XTEC Carbon 2027 comes with a redesigned tail specifically focused on a round pin outline (rounded and narrow) replacing the previous squash tail. This provides enhanced drive and hold in larger waves, while making it easier to execute powerful turns in the critical part of the wave and drop into vertical sections. High-performance rails taper towards the tail, allowing you to lock in turns with less foot pressure and offering a more immediate response. Its longer and narrower silhouette generates speed, holds a cleaner rail line on steep drops, and facilitates smooth rail-to-rail transitions.

The high-performance XTEC Carbon construction is built around Carbon Load Frame technology, balancing weight, durability, and performance, replacing the former Limited Series. Precise placement of unidirectional (UD) carbon fiber controls flex and enhances elastic response through turns. An expanding epoxy resin system improves internal bonding, while T-Stringers and Wood Omega Stringers reinforce high-stress areas. The result is a durable, highly responsive construction engineered for consistent performance.
