Starboard Source Wing

The Source is a wing designed for progression, oriented to offer maximum user-friendliness.

Its compact shape, with short tucked wingtips, makes it ideal for riders of all levels, offering easy handling and excellent control for progression, as well as in the surf.

Starboard Source Wing Features:

• COMPACT AND USER-FRIENDLY: The ultra-low 1.8 aspect ratio and its short tucked wingtips make it highly forgiving and easy to handle, keeping the wingtips clear of the water, which increases control, power, and maneuverability for faster progression.
• BUILT TO LAST: Incorporates High Tenacity Dacron and Code-Tec 85 canopy material that not only withstands beatings and prolonged use but also offers low stretch and rigidity. Combined with durable, double-edged seams, it is ready to take a beating.
• READY TO RIDE: Comes standard with an Aluminium Pistol Grip boom and a waist leash for added comfort.
• STEEP DIHEDRAL: A steeper 14° dihedral improves roll stability and makes the wing more forgiving, further preventing the wingtips from touching the water.
• DEEP PROFILE, LONG CHORD: A deeper 13% profile with a longer chord creates a more robust wing with greater "sheet-and-go" power, helping you get up on the foil early and use a smaller wingspan.
• LARGE WINDOWS: For greater visibility and safety while learning and progressing.
• BRIGHT RED CANOPY: To keep the rider visible on the water.
• LIGHT GREY LEADING EDGE: Light-colored materials reflect heat, protecting the leading edge from potential explosions and extending the wing’s lifespan. A black leading edge goes from 10 to 13 PSI in the sun, while light grey only increases from 10 to 10.5 PSI.
