Starboard TallTwin XTEC

The TallTwin merges two worlds: the speed and looseness of a TwinFin combined with the glide and effortless noseriding of a longboard. As a faster, more agile alternative to the traditional longboard, it offers higher speed, freer turns, and less drag in similar conditions. Fast and loose through turns, smooth on the glide, and stable on the nose, it combines modern performance with classic style.

XTEC Carbon technology (formerly Limited Series) is a core performance construction built around Carbon Load Frame Technology, optimizing flex control and recoil through turns. Its structure combines an expanding epoxy resin system to improve internal bonding with Wood Omega Stringers and Twin T-Stringers for high breakage resistance. Featuring extra reinforcements in the standing area, fins, nose, tail, and rails, it delivers an ideal balance of weight, durability, and responsive performance for everyday use.

The XTEC trim level is equipped with a central Surf Box and two side Surf Boxes. All models come with a center Twinz Armacore fin and a pair of side Twinz Armacore fins.
